ElitePopping Return & Exchange Policy

At ElitePopping, every order is Made to POP — meaning all popcorn is freshly popped and handcrafted specifically for your purchase. Because of the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to freshness, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any popcorn orders.

Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong flavor or product, we are happy to help with an exchange on unopened, unused items only.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we will send out the replacement product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

Email our support team  with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for exchange or description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)
